These pens are great for dyslexia and dysgraphia because they allow for easily fixable mistakes without a pile of eraser shavings which can help with self-esteem. The erasers also last far longer than pencil erasers. Additionally they are much more comfortable to hold than wood pencils. They are very easy to refill with ink. Last but not least, they come in so many different colors.

These notebooks have proven to be the most helpful for me because I can fold over the book and have constant easy access to my current page. This allows me to quickly make and add to to-do lists without having to flip through pages. This book has really helped my ADHD brain stay more organized.

I wear these gloves when writing especially for long periods of time (like tests) to help lessen my dysgraphia symptoms. I still write slowly but my hands are in much less pain. I like the fingerless kind so that I can still use devices. These gloves do take some getting used to, but did help me in the long run. If there is a specific point on your hand that experiences the most pain, I would put a few layers of KenisioTape on underneath the glove.

I recommend getting multi colored note cards because flash cards are a great way for people with ADHD to study. I have found that having the different colors allows me to have one color notecard per class which I found also helps with my memory. As an added bonus, I found that reading on different colored papers is a little easier for me as someone with dyslexia.

When your eyes get really tired or you are younger and still developing your reading skills, underlining the line you are reading with a solid color bookmark can be really helpful. It reduces the load on your eyes because you don't have to find the line you're on, and I have found a solid color is best to have minimal distractions.

These clam strips are a great way to regulate your ADHD nervous system. Running your finger over one of the clam strips is a great way to stim. I put one on the back near the edge of my Ipad to have easy access to it in class. I also really love the keychains they have on this website. They fit the calm strips perfectly and make a really great figet.

Because of my ADHD I have sensory issues that make it difficult for me to eat food that leaves any kind of residue on my hand. I can't do anything else with my hands while snacking without washing my hands. These snack grabers alow me to snack while I work. I also really love that this one comes with a case.

Chewing gum really helps me focus in class because its essentially a way to fidget with your mouth while working. I recommend getting a big package like the one linked below. I also recommend getting multple packs and keeping them in different places so you always know where they are. For example keep one in your backpack, one in your car, and one in your room, ect.

This devise is a powerful tool in regulating my nervous system. Research shows that vibrations are a fantastic regulatory tool. I wear mine on my wrist because i personally found the best results with that location, but it can differ from person to person. you can schedule vibes to start at certain times or turn them on whenever you want. Additionally, I also bought the smart vibes feature which plays vibes (the different vibrations) periodically in accordance to what it senses you need.
